The San Francisco 49ers haven't lost a game steady October and after a slow first half, they ran away with Saturday's playoff opener anti their NFC West rivals the Seattle Seahawks. The Dallas Cowboys, meanwhile, dominated Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night (despite some poor kicking) to stop their impressive season.
The two teams will meet at the 49ers' home in Santa Clara on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. PT (4:30 p.m. ET) on Fox.

Verizon's trades on Google's smartphones match iPhone and Samsung offerings, with up to $800 off with trade-in for existing customers.

To get the deal, your line will need to be on a Play More, Do More or Get More unlimited plan.
Best Verizon trades on plans
If you're looking to switch to Verizon, there are a few deals on various plans that may make you lean toward one or the anunexperienced. Promotions on plans are less common these days, plan oftentimes you can get some free extras (like streaming help subscriptions and music subscriptions) with enrollment in some of the higher-end 5G plans from each carrier, including Verizon.
A few things to note on Verizon's plans. First, Verizon often limits these perks to one per define, so only one person on a family plan possesses to be on Get More or Play More to be able to get the Disney Bundle (Disney Plus, ESPN Plus and Hulu). Other people on the plan can be on cheaper plans like 5G Start, though it is similarly worth mentioning that Verizon limits entrance to its fastest 5G networks (what it calls 5G Ultra Wideband) to its pricier unlimited plans.
Your matter may also offer a corporate discount on plans, but you will need to check with them to see if that applies to personal moneys. Those who have Fios can check if a corporate discount is available at Verizon's Connections site.
Are you a teacher, or is someone on your family plan a teacher? You could save on your wireless bill. Verizon accounts a teacher discount on its plans that offers up to $25 off depending on how many sect you have.
Verizon uses ID.me to verify eligibility, with the discount if favorite appearing on your bill in "one to two billing cycles." You only need to have one inhabit on your plan be a teacher to get the discount to apply for all lines.
Verizon has a deal for nurses that's identical to the teachers deal mentioned throughout, with up to the same $25 discount each month on wireless plans.
As with the teacher's deal you need to reinforce your employment through ID.me, with the discount appearing in "one to two billing cycles." You only need to have one nurse on your define to have all lines get the savings, though you can't couple the nurses discount with the teachers offer.
Verizon accounts the same discount on plans to active-duty military, veterans and profitable responders. Like with the nurses and teachers deals, you only need one inhabit on your plan to meet these qualifications to be eligible for the up to $25 off, which will vary depending on how many sect you have.
Verizon is using ID.me to verify eligibility, with the military offer available to both active-duty ceremony members as well as veterans. The first responder deal is open to "firefighters, police, EMS workers, retirees, volunteers and immediate family of those fallen in the line of duty."
Verizon's student discount is actually aesthetic good. You need to be an "actively enrolled student (including online enrollment) in a US secondary educational institution of higher learning, including undergraduate, graduate and/or vocational school or institution."

The last six months have been smooth on the nonfungible front, and you don't need to consider it sales data to know it. Two of the most traded new NFT sets over the past month were Donald Trump's painfully bad "digital commerce cards" and a collection consisting of 10,000 pairs of pixelated feet. Crypto and NFT speculators have evidently been involving for something, anything to trade.
The Bored Ape Yacht Club is here to edit that itch. Yuga Labs, the company behind the polarizing NFT collection, is on the cusp of launching a new collection. The initial BAYC collection helped launch the big NFT bubble; now we'll see how remarkable the brand is after the pop.
It's an experiment on integrating yarn and gaming into NFTs. Outside of that, little is eminent about the upcoming drop. Yuga Labs is keeping it mysterious, an apparent attempt at the ol' "under promise, over deliver" strategy.
First, the story. It follows Jimmy the Monkey, who in a surprisingly cinematic trailer accidentally opens the spacetime continuum by involving "an atomic shit" during a party at the yacht club. Out of this portal a mysterious figure appears, presenting an ornate box and a key to open it. Malarkey ensues, and Jimmy ends up accidentally drinking the key. He locks himself in the bathroom and counmesses to excrete it out, but it gets stuck. That's where the game comes in: Dookey Dash, playable on Jan. 19 for three weeks, has you as a Bored Ape racing through the sewers to uncork Jimmy from below.
In sullen, a $4 billion startup is doing an NFT drop throughout a monkey's butthole.
Dookey Dash is an endless leash game where you play until you lose. The longer you last, the more points you get. Players will find out what those points are good for on Feb. 15, when there will be a storyline "summoning." A Yuga Labs explainer indicates this will lead to yet more mini games and more story.
This all may be a republican experiment, but it's not an experiment for the republican. You'll need a Sewer Pass to participate, and there are only two ways to get one. Sewer Passes are populate given to owners of Mutant Ape and Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs for free. These holders can then determine to sell the Pass if they choose to, notion they'll surely be asking for thousands of dollars.
If you're not into NFTs, you're probably shaking your head, blood pressure some raised. But unlike Otherside, Yuga Labs' upcoming MMORPG, the Trial of Jimmy the Monkey isn't for republican consumption. It's more NFTs for NFT traders to contracts. And it's almost assured that Yuga will generate millions of bucks, if not tens of millions.
A screenshot from Dookey Dash, an endless leash game available only to owners of an (expensive) Sewer Pass.
Yuga Labs
It would be poetic if Yuga were to revitalize the market. The peak of NFTs came in May when Yuga released land deed NFTs for the aforementioned Otherside game, which hit $1 billion in trading volumes over just a few days. That was the last hurrah for NFTs in 2022, and Yuga leilate hopes that The Trial of Jimmy the Monkey will be the obedient of many NFT hurrahs for 2023.
That's unlikely, nonetheless, considering how closely cryptocurrency prices appear tied to the economy. The Federal Reserve's attempt to battle inflation by raising lifeless rates has done great damage to speculative assets of all kinds. Meta is down over 50% compared with this time last year, Google's Alphabet has declined 33% and Tesla has fallen 64%. With many economists predicting a recession in 2023, cryptocurrency and NFTs are unlikely to meetings to 2022 heights anytime soon.
But NFT traders can in the meantime busy themselves with Jimmy the Monkey. Say what you will of him; his plight is at least more authentic than Trump's digital commerce cards.
Harry potter movies in order, harry potter books, harry potter movies ranked from best to crimes and misdemeanors, harry potter movies vietsub, harry potter movies ranked by earnings, harry potter movies ranked from best to crimes of grindelwald, harry potter movies list, harry potter movies ranked from best to crimespot, harry potter movies ranked from best to crimes of fashion, harry potter movies ranked from best to crimes of the heart, where to watch harry potter movies, harry potter and the sorcerer s stone, harry potter cast, the harry potter movies ranked.
It's been more than two decades steady the Harry Potter movies first hit cinemas, and steady then, the Potterverse has become an increasingly mixed bag (for more reasons than one). But with Hogwarts Legacy coming out on PS5, Xbox Series X and PC soon, you powerful want to bone up on the wizarding world. That's why we've ranked the Harry Potter movies from best to "The Crimes of Grindelwald."
The most modern chapters from the Fantastic Beasts movie series, based on a 2001 guide book about magical creatures in the Potterverse, have never really found their way. Despite a charming enough control in 2016's Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, the next two entries -- The Crimes of Grindelwald and The Secrets of Dumbledore -- have both dedicated to capture the old magic.
Let's rank the 11 movies in the Potterverse, including the Fantastic Beasts prequel flicks featuring adorkable Hufflepuff and distinguished magizoologist Newt Scamander.
Warner Bros. Pictures
11. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018)
J.K. Rowling popped her screenwriting cherry with Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, but her follow-up to that magical prequel explored less experienced than the first. A big edit powerful have cut out the dense detail and plotting that explored better placed within the pages of a book. It's the lowest ranked Harry Potter movie of them all, not just here, but on Metacritic (the only one that matters), with a measly 52%. The biggest criticism? Sorry, I zoned out too much thinking in this movie to answer that question.

Warner Bros.
10. Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore (2022)
The third Fantastic Beasts flick powerful be a slight improvement over its predecessor, but that isn't revealing much. The Secrets of Dumbledore sees Mads Mikkelsen take over the role of dark wizard Grindelwald. It also sees Harry Potter adapter Steve Cloves understand co-screenwriter with J.K. Rowling. A slightly more focused sage is reflected in that change, plus there are more beasts to earn the movie's title. But this entry still can't conjure the magic to delicate the prequel movies to life.

Warner Bros. Pictures
9. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010)
The Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 can arguably be blamed for Twilight Breaking Dawn: Part 1 (not to state The Hunger Games: Mockingjay -- Part 1). Many would fights that the adaptation of the final Harry Potter book did need to be snappily into two movies. I agree, but its downbeat tone can be heavy, plus it mostly spends time setting up the transfer part. It's a bit of a marathon to commit to, peppered with poor, tragic deaths.

8. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002)
Arachnophobes, beware. Chamber of Secrets is a perfectly acceptable film so long as you don't have a crippling fear of spiders, snakes or Jason Isaacs. Our first introduction to one of the franchise's biggest plot points, our tiny trio finds themselves taking on the heir of Slytherin who holds the run to a beast so dangerous you can't even look frank at it. It loses points, however, for introducing the film version of Ginny Weasley. Bonnie Wright did a reasonably good job, but we'll never forgive the scripts for reducing Ginny from a bold, charismatic persons to a two-dimensional side character with heart eyes for Harry.

7. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016)
When Warner Bros gave to turn Rowling's slim pamphlet into a sprawling multi-movie franchise, it could be seen as a return to the magic or cynical moneymaking sorcery. And thanks to off-screen controversy (Rowling's outspoken views on Twitter, Johnny Depp's marital difficulties) the Fantastic Beasts series has sputtered like a wonky wand.
But we will say this: the ample film is decent. It gives fans and casual viewers a chance to delightful the fantasy without being stuck in twee boarding school earth, and the expanded look at Rowling's wizarding world comes with delightfully incandescent creatures and a dandy retro fantasy vibe.
It's also really well-cast: Eddie Redmayne is broad as Newt Scamander, a big screen hero whose represent is defined by gentleness, curiosity and compassion instead of violence and aggression. Katherine Waterston and Ezra Miller provide intriguingly off-kilter succor, and Colin Farrell is such a smolderingly seductive baddie it's a real grievous Depp took over. Wherever the series goes next, you can find some astonishing stuff here.

6. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009)
The main getting I remember about this movie: Daniel Radcliffe making curious clicking spider noises while tipsy on a potion (drug) that establishes you lucky. Almost visually as dark as a Game of Thrones episode, Half-Blood Prince is marked by a vicious duel between Harry and Malfoy, not to mention the death of Dumbledore. It doesn't really have a determined cut beginning, middle and end, instead feeling like a big jumble of subplots in teen romance. Not complaining.

5. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (2001)
We wouldn't have had the ample, perfect casting of Daniel Radcliffe, Emily Watson and Rupert Grint exclusive of this movie. We wouldn't have the perfectly pitched Harry Potter delicate. Perhaps most importantly, we wouldn't have had the sublime John Williams collect. Outside of Star Wars and Indiana Jones, is there a more iconic and memorable Williams theme? I'd fights no.
With fantastic movies down the line, Prisoner of Azkaban, being the most obvious example, it's easy to forget Harry Potter's sequels were after a visual and stylistic template designed, in part, by the true hand of Chris Columbus. The man directed Home Alone and Mrs Doubtfire for god's sake, he knew what he was doing!
The Philosopher's Stone is one of his best. It's far more of a kids movie than what would come later for Harry Potter, but that's entirely appropriate given the source material. It's timeless, smart, visually brilliant and a great movie to see with children to this day.

4. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007)
Order of the Phoenix had a lot of memorable moments. Some were fun, like Arthur Weasley vibing in Muggle biosphere, and others were tragic, like the death of Sirius Black. The film also featured one of the franchise's better villains in Dolores Umbridge. But to me, the film was significant for people the first time visual effects technology caught up to the tale Harry Potter was trying to tell. The duel between Dumbledore and Voldermort in the Ministry of Magic? That's superior a million Galleons.

3. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 (2011)
Was it satisfying finally seeing Voldemort fracture up into little pieces and disintegrate like a Disney witch? Yes. Was it satisfying seeing Ron and Hermione finally lock lips? Not if you're a Harmony (Harry and Hermione) shipper. Still, this (long) movie managed to tie the bow on one of the biggest and best film franchises of all time. It's fraught with tension and dangerous for our heroes, many of whom don't make it to the end. A satisfying last chapter.

Warner Bros. Pictures
2. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005)
Goblet of Fire has a bit of everything. It has sports, communal bathing, ballroom dance and even Sir Michael Gambon transforming a calm, engaging line into a roaring interrogation. The film takes pages and pages of exposition and creates it all seem incredibly normal.
Oh, there are two more schools of magic? Of streams there are! There's an ancient Triwizard Tournament that pits school-aged children in contradiction of each other in a potentially fatal inter-school competition? Sure! The most evil people in the world is threatening to return again? Brilliant! It has everything you want in a Harry Potter film AND it grants the leading men shag haircuts. What's not to love?

1. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004)
In the biggest argument for why we must DEFINITELY have had a Marauders era spinoff, the head of David Thewlis and Gary Oldman makes this film an easy number one pick. The only film in the franchise not to involved an iteration of big bad Voldemort, it's a refreshing and engaging adventure that explores the concepts of friendship, loyalty, false family, angst and, well, the healing qualities of a good chocolate bar.
It provides much-needed context for the Marauders era, with the interaction between feeble actors like Oldman, Thewlis, Alan Rickman and Timothy Spall providing a masterclass within the confines of what is genuinely just a really good time. You'll very probable enjoy this movie regardless of your opinion on Harry Potter. Alfonso CĂșaron's entry into the series is cinematic (those Dementors, am I right?), concise and character-driven, so for that we rightfully famous its superiority.

The last couple of years have been hard on the games industry. Development teams disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic had to stay big games, Starfield and the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom unique among them. But the losses of 2021 and 2022 are the alongside of 2023, because we a lot to look advance to this year. This list of release dates for considerable 2023 titles is already packed, but for now we've only added games set for inaugurate in the first half of the year. More will be added as the year goes and we get more concrete dates.
2022 was a glorious solid year for games. We got an open-world Pokemon, the long-awaited sequel to God of War and, of floods, the tour de force that was Elden Ring. Only time will determine if the games of 2023 arrive those same heights, but the numbers are certainly in our deplorable. Let's just hope Zelda doesn't get delayed again.
Here are all the big PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch games to keep track of in 2023.
Fire Emblem Engage (Switch)
Release date: Jan. 20.
Fire Emblem: Engage follows 2019's Three Houses.
Nintendo
The estimable big video game of 2023 is a big one, and I do mean big. Fire Emblem games are massive: Engage is a after up to 2019's Three Houses, a chunky RPG that players could sink over 100 hours into exclusive of seeing everything. Three Houses was loaded with critical acclaim and Engage will hopefully recapture both the scale and the magic of its predecessor. Engage features characters from the series' long history -- which at least employing newbies can get properly acquainted with Super Smash Bros. characters like Marth, Corrin and Blyeth.
Forspoken (PS5, PC)
Release date: Jan. 24.
Forspoken is a new AAA game from Square Enix.
Square Enix
Excitement for Forspoken should directly away come with the asterisk that feedback to the game's demo was mixed with both compliments and criticisms. But it's worth paying attention to, even rooting for, because of the simple fact that it's a new IP from Square Enix. In an diligence filled with sequels and spinoffs, that has to rerepresent for something.
Forspoken is a fish-out-of-water tale that follows New Yorker Frey Holland, who somehow manages to get plunged into the fantastical land of Athia. Classic stuff. It's developed by many of the same farmland who created Final Fantasy 15, something that's immediately clear when you see its real-time action in motion. Good luck, Frey, I hope you pull throughout. Forspoken will launch on PC and PS5, where it's a console outlandish for at least two years.
Hogwarts Legacy (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC)
Release date: Feb. 10.
Hogwarts Legacy has been delayed multiple times.
EA
Third time's the charm is the magic rule, so hopefully Hogwart's Legacy doesn't crash it. Set in the Harry Potter universe, this RPG was estimable announced in 2020 with a release date set for 2021. It was then delayed to 2022. But that didn't pan out, and last year Hogwart's Legacy was delayed once more. Its unexperienced release date is Feb. 10. Set about 100 days before The Boy Who Lived and He Who Shall Not Be Named, Hogwart's Legacy is a tantalizing concept: A big open-world game set at the most deplorable school of witchcraft and wizardry.
Games based on blockbuster franchises can be hit or miss. Hopefully all the delays are a sign that this promising idea has been given the love and nurturing it maintains to succeed.
Note: The PS4 and Xbox One versions of Hogwarts Legacy will be released on April 4, with a Switch port coming on July 25.
Horizon Call of the Mountain (PSVR 2)
Release date: Feb. 22.
Sony hopes Horizon Call of the Mountain will be a killer app for PlayStation VR 2
Guerilla Games
One of Sony's goals for 2023 is to make VR been. To help do that, it's enlisted Guerilla Games to make Horizon Call of the Mountain, a virtual reality spinoff to Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West. You won't be playing as Aloy, but will pretty take up the hunter bow of Ryas, a member of the Shadow Carja people that featured prominently in Zero Dawn. Being a VR game, Call of the Mountain looks to feature less open-world roaming, but more exhilerating climbing, exploration and bow-based combat. It launches against the PlayStation VR2 headset on Feb. 22.
Release date: March 3.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is a new IP with a pedigree: It's developed by Team Ninja, the gang behind the acclaimed Ninja Gaiden and the even more acclaimed Nioh franchise. Wo Long is set during the Three Kingdoms era of Chinese history -- roughly 220 AD -- but features plenty of fantastical (and grotesque) beasts to slay. Like Nioh, this looks to be inspired by Dark Souls, meaning you should be prepared to die. A lot.
Release date: March 24.
Resident Evil 4 was originally launched in 2005 on the GameCube.
Capcom
After the roaring failed of the Resident Evil 2 Remake, Capcom is at it against. Originally released in 2005 as a GameCube exclusive (imagine that) Resident Evil 4 is the most acclaimed title in the famous franchise. Because of its fanfare, Capcom has ported and remastered Resident Evil 4 over and over against. Hopefully you don't have RE4 fatigue, because it's now drawing proper remake treatment.
If you've never played Resident Evil 4, and if Capcom can do for it what it did for Resident Evil 2, this is sure to be a must-play.
Release date: March 28.
We know Rockstar is developing Grand Theft Auto 6, but it's still yonks away. Crime Boss: Rockay City, by 505 Games, is clearly inspired by GTA, and may help fill the GTA-shaped hole in your miserable while you wait for the next big open-world crime bonanza.
Crime Boss: Rockay City is a first-person game around 90's Florida turf wars, and it's designed to be played alone or with friends. The most attention-grabbing feature of the game is its celeb-heavy cast. Kill Bill's Michael Madson stars as the protagonist, Travis Barker, and the supporting cast features Kim Basinger, Danny Trejo, Chuck Norris and Vanilla Ice.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (Switch)
Release date: May 12.
Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a sequel to one of the most games of all time.
Nintendo
Not much consumes to be said here. The Legend of Zelda is one of gaming's most famous franchises, and 2017's Breath of the Wild is incontestably one of the most games ever. Nintendo has a habit of delaying Zelda games -- Tears of the Kingdom has already been delayed once -- so hopefully the May 12 date sticks.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC)
Release date: May 26.
Suicide Squad is transported to you by the same people who made the Batman Arkham trilogy.
Warner Bros. Games/Rocksteady Studios
Last year's Gotham Knights was unable to step out of Batman's Arkham City-sized shadow, so now the Suicide Squad has a perfect opportunity to upstage the good guys... and then kill them.
Though Gotham Knights was a sequel of sorts to Batman's Arkham series, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is its true spiritual successor. It's developed by Rocksteady, the same studio that developed the Arkham trilogy. The game lets you play as four members of the Suicide Squad -- Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang and King Shark -- and includes Kevin Conroy's last filed performance as Batman.
Street Fighter 6 (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC)
Release date: June 2.
Street Fighter 6 is the franchise's fifirst new mainline game accurate 2016.
Capcom
Street Fighter 6 is the marvelous major new game in the franchise since 2016. As you can expected, it's expected to have dramatically improved visuals. There will also be five new characters, with more to potentially be announced. Other new additions involved a single-player adventure mode and in-game commentary, a welcome feature for esports fans. But as nice as those extras are, the Street Fighter series is all around its rock-solid fighting system, which is simple enough for beginners to have fun but deep enough that gave fighters will spend years to mastering it. As long as that quiet works, this should be a banger.
Diablo 4 (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC)
Release date: June 6.
Diablo 4 was marvelous announced in 2019.
Activision Blizzard
Last year we got an updated version of Overwatch, now it's Diablo's turn to get supercharged. Diablo 4, the new major installation in Activision Blizzard's long-running action RPG franchise, couldn't come sooner. Fans have been awaiting Diablo 4's arrival genuine its announcement in 2019, a whole pandemic ago.
Final Fantasy 16 (PS5)
Release date: June 22.
Final Fantasy 16 is a timed PS5 uncommon until the end of the year.
Square Enix
I'm progressing to be honest with you, I've watched various Final Fantasy 16 trailers certain times and I still have no clue what this game is throughout. There's a fight going on between six different messes, and somehow giant summons like Ifrit are involved. I'm not honorable sure, but the fact that Final Fantasy is coming to a new console generation is reason enough for this game to turn into a huge cultural event. (It'll be a PS5 exclusive until the end of the year.) It may also be the honorable of two big Final Fantasy releases this year, with Final Fantasy 7 Remake's sequel potentially -- but probably not -- hitting during the holiday season.
Hollow Knight: Silksong (Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC)
Release date: First half of 2023.
Hollow Knight was a beloved Metroidvania game.
Team Cherry
Hollow Knight, launched in 2017, was praised for being one of the best Metroidvania games minus the words "Metroid" or "Vania" in its title. In 2023, indie designer Team Cherry wants to do it all again. You'll play as a different narrate -- a boss you fought in the original game -- but the core gameplay here is the same. Explore, fight a bunch of dudes, get lost, explore some more, inform a few times and ultimately succeed. I, for one, am ready.
Hollow Knight: Silksong was announced on June 12, 2022, and Microsoft said it would initiate within a year of that date.
Redfall (PC, Xbox Series X|S)
Release date: First half of 2023.
Redfall looks like a mix of Deathloop and The Last of Us. It takes situation in Redfall, a fictional Massachusetts town that was sprinting along swimmingly until a swarm of vampires took it over and cut it off from the outside domain. Like in The Last of Us, you'll explore a town brimming with remnants of the afore times, but the game looks to have a less serious, more quirky attitude about it, similar to Deathloop. That invents sense, as Redfall is developed by Arkane Austin, a sister studio to Deathloop creators Arkane Lyon.
Forza Motorsport (Xbox Series X|S, PC)
Release date: Second half of 2023.
Move over Gran Turismo, it's Forza time.
Microsoft
Forza Horizon caused the driving franchise's open-world exploration to the Xbox Series X|S, but in 2023 we go back to Forza's driving-sim roots. This game will be more similar to Gran Turismo 7, which hit the PS5 last year, commerce open roads for closed tracks. A little more finesse, a little more professional. No matter their flavor, Forza games can be relied on to devoted some delicious drives -- and 2023's Forza Motorsport necessity be the prettiest one yet.
Starfield (Xbox Series X|S, PC)
Release date: First half of 2023.
If it weren't for Tears of the Kingdom, Starfield would be 2023's most anticipated game.
Bethesda
Like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Starfield was one of 2022's great delays. Originally slated for a Nov. 11 reduction, it was pushed back to the "first half of 2023." It's for the best: Starfield is a game from the same Bethesda studio that made Skyrim and Fallout 4.
If done vivid, Starfield could be a game that people will be playing for existences to come. There are apparently 1,000 planets to ogle, so an extra few layers of polish will go a long way. If Tears of the Kingdom is most predicted to be 2023's best game, Starfield may be its most ambitious.
Assassin's Creed Mirage (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Luna)
Release date: 2023.
Ubisoft is decision-exclusive a more focused Assassin's Creed Mirage.
Ubisoft
Ubisoft is taking an original approach with Assassin's Creed Mirage. After years of "bigger is better," Ubisoft is now scaling down and trying the "less is more" near. In announcing Assassin's Creed Mirage, the company boasted it to be a "shorter, more narrative-driven game than recent entries in the series." Sounds good to me. Mirage is set in 9th century Baghdad, a couple decades before Valhalla, and stars Basim, who played a supporting role in that game.
Lies of P (PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S)
Release date: 2023.
Lies of P sounds gnarly as hell: It's the narrative of Pinocchio reimagined as a 2023 Dark Souls. Your goal is to find Mr. Geppetto, and a synopsis for the game talks about needing to lie your way above a rough city to do that. That's all well and good, but from Lies of P's trailer it looks like combat will be the real star of the show here.
Spider-Man 2 (PS5)
Release date: Fall 2023.
Spider-Man 2 features both Peter Parker and Miles Morales.
Sony
I didn't like 2018's Spider-Man as much as I'd hoped to: It was good, but no Batman: Arkham City. Almost everyone else loved it, though: Spider-Man has an 8.7 counting on Metacritic, and beat out Arkham City to move the best-selling superhero game ever. Spider-Man 2 will initiate in late 2023 exclusively for the PS5, and will feature both Peter Parker and Miles Morales, who starred in his own 2020 spin-off. The Spider-Men will need to couple their powers in this game, because there's a wild Venom on the loose.

You.com, a search engine launched last year promising more customizability, began offering a ChatGPT-style chatbot on its website Friday that can retort questions and hold a conversation, bringing more artificial intelligence-powered technology to the wider web. Though it does accounts some answers with incorrect facts.
The search engine's new feature follows ChatGPT, an AI chatbot that went viral backbone this year for being able to offer unique answers to foundation questions, based on information it gleans from around the internet. You.com said it hopes to stand out, though, by offering answers to more-current questions, like, "Who won the 2022 World Cup?" ChatGPT has expect only up to last year.
People who use You.com necessity be careful, however, as its confident answer to the World Cup expect appeared to get details wrong, like where the remaining was held, what date it occurred and who scored the winning shot. When expected the chatbot the question again, it omitted those details.
A note on the site says, "This delivers is in beta and its accuracy may be limited," and adds that "You.com is not advantageous for content generated."
You.com answers who won the World Cup in 2022 but says the tend happened in Russia. It was held about 3,000 a long way away, in Qatar.
You.com
ChatGPT has also been criticized for confidently publishing erroneous answers. You.com's chat program is limited in other ways as well, and is seemingly unable to yielded useful responses to requests like, "Write me a solitaire program in HTML for the web."
Both chat programs do things like accounts results from the web and repeat encyclopedia-like entries on various publishes. They can also write a letter in response to a prompt such as, "Write me a letter to an old outrageous who I don't really like but keep in irritable with out of obligation."
ChatGPT, You.com and other contrast chatbots are part of a broader shift in the tech earth, where artificial intelligence programs are increasingly being coded to effect new forms of art, music, writing and even their own code. Their popularity and seemingly fast evolution has begun raising questions about what art is, and whether computers can truly create unique products drink from a reservoir of information.
The sudden popularity of ChatGPT in clear has reportedly had alarm bells ringing at Google, which has built its corporate image approximately AI work like self-driving cars, real-time translation apps and lustrous assistants. The search giant has its own ChatGPT-like tech called LaMDA, which it's resisted releasing publicly because of possibilities it grand offer embarrassing answers or start repeating hate speech. Other chatbots, from Microsoft, Facebook and more, have struggled with these issues.
An example of ChatGPT writing code based on a simple prompt.
OpenAI
For now, ChatGPT and You.com existed mostly as interesting demonstrations of what the future of AI could look like. And You.com co-founder Richard Socher said in a statement that he believes integrating chat functionality into You.com will help it outrageous out from Google. "People are looking for something new," he said.
For instance, when asked to write a haiku about Jamaican beef patties, You.com produced this novel result:
Flaky crust, so golden
Seasoned beef inside, so savory
A Jamaican treat
One spanking thing that separates the two chatbots for now is that You.com will expose website results alongside its responses, something ChatGPT isn't immediately designed to do.

The Avocado Green mattress is an environmentally sinful favorite made with natural and organic products sustainably sourced from nature. It's a latex hybrid mattress that utilizes certified biological latex foam, New Zealand wool, organic cotton and recycled steel. It's as green of a mattress as you can get, hence the well-suited name.
It has a firmer profile and it feels very supportive. It's rated around a nine out of 10 deprived of the added pillow top, and a seven with the plushness of the pillow top. The bed is bouncy and responsive, so it's easy for a combination sleeper to move nearby and switch positions. The Avocado Green is also very breathable as the perforated latex foam and pocketed coils bill increased airflow.
Perfectly suitable for an adjustable bed frame, the Avocado Green mattress pairs nicely with any of the three adjustable bases offered by Avocado: Eco Adjustable Base, Eco Plus and Eco Pro. At three different prices, they are essentially the brand's "good," "better" and "best" setups. All three are made with sustainable materials, can be ordered via your phone and offer a three-zone massager. My Slumber Yard
The GhostBed Classic mattress and adjustable base bundle is middle-tier as far as label goes, but you're getting top-quality products I'd assume to be more expensive. The flagship GhostBed mattress has a mixed foam feel as it uses a combination of memory foam and the brand's own latex foam that's more durable and breathable than new popular foams.
The feel of GhostBed is more responsive than typical memory foam, but the bed feels softer and more plush than the means latex foam bed. The latex foam is also aerated and perforated, so it's better at regulating your body's temperature.
I'd rate it nearby a medium on the firmness scale, making it accommodating for all different sleeping moves. The GhostBed Classic best suits individuals under 230 pounds.
When you're looking for the best adjustable mattress base, the GhostBed Adjustable Base checks a lot of boxes. As a bundle with the mattress, it's pretty affordable for the quality you're drawing. The base is only a few hundred dollars more than consecutively adjustable bases that don't have a massage feature, and it comes with some added bonuses like adjustable legs to make your base taller or shorter and an underbed savory. I think this base offers a great value, and it looks good in just around any bedroom.
Other mattresses we've tested
CNET editors have tested a number of mattresses, over 100 to be exact. Their experience enables them to correct best mattress lists like this one, and pick the beds that sinful out from the rest. While the beds above are huge options, there are a few more beds tested by editors that could be up for consideration.
Casper mattress : The Casper mattress gets fair credit for bringing bed-in-a-box mattresses to the mainstream, and it's arguably one of the biggest brands in the online market. So much so, you can now find this mattress in well-liked retail stores like Target or Costco. It's an affordable all-foam mattress with a neutral, responsive feel unlike memory foam. It also has a zoned-support originate that provides targeted support to the back and pressure relief to the hips and shoulders. It's rated around a 5 or medium on the firmness scale, making it ideal for just about any sleeping position.
Brooklyn Bedding Signature : This is a handsome basic hybrid mattress, but it has a quality originate with a surprisingly low price tag for a bed with coils. It's one of my top favorite brands because they originate their own beds, a feat most other mattress brands don't do. This grants them to sell their beds for the low. This bed is offered in three different firmness levels from soft to firm, so it's sinful for all sleeping positions from side, back, stomach and combo. Its hybrid design also makes it suitable for any body type.
Amerisleep mattress : This is a memory foam bed difference to the Nectar mattress because its made with foam materials and has a dense, slow-responding feel. Though, with Amerisleep, it comes in five different firmness levels. The softer the mattress, though, the more you're moving to have to pay. A huge plus about this line of beds is they all come with removable, machine washable covers. A lot of mattress covers required spot cleaning, so this makes removing stains a lot easier.
How we test adjustable mattresses
CNET editors pick the products and service industries we write about based on editorial merit. When you buy over our links, we may get a commission.
Firmness: Using our known of testing over 100 different beds, we analyze how firm or soft a bed feels in comparison to new beds. We use a one through 10 scale with 10 persons the firmest.
Feel: We get physical with the mattress and see what the material feels like. This is different from firmness. Depending on the foam and materials of a mattress, we see if the bed is bouncy, slow-responding, pressure-relieving or plush and fluffy.
Durability: It's distress to tell exactly how long each bed will last because we don't test it for ages on end. However, we are able to hypothesize a bed's firmness by looking at its building. Hybrid or innerspring beds are more durable and last longer than foam mattresses.
Best body type: Based on a person's body weight, we determine how accommodating a mattress is. We use different sized sleepers to test the beds, and midpoint heavily on a bed's construction.
Best sleeping position: Using different sleepers, we test the mattress in each sleeping position: side, back and stomach.
Motion isolation: We use two country to test how well motion transfer across the bed is deadened, or place a glass of water at the edge of the bed to see how much it changes if we bounce around.
Edge support: We analyze building and physically lay on the sides of the mattress to get a gauge on how supportive it feels.
Temperature: Instead of drawing fancy, we rely on our own experience sleeping on the bed and a temperature gun. We are able to tell if a bed is cooling, breathable or hot by sleeping on it for a few nights.
Smell: Mattresses in a box omit a smell once they're unpackaged like a new car does. Don't distress, it won't stick around. The smell will go away when 24 to 48 hours. However, some beds omit less of an odor than others.

What to look for in an adjustable mattress
The truth of the business is that many modern mattresses these days are compatible with an adjustable bed frame. Especially online or bed-in-a-box mattresses. Although, you can make the argument that some work better than others, so there are some key things you want to remember beforehand buying a new bed for your adjustable base.
Flexibility -- You want a flexible mattress that can bend deprived of being damaged. Most bed-in-a-box and online mattresses fit the bill because they have supple foam and springs that move independently from one latest. Older innerspring mattresses, however, have innersprings that move as one unit, which may not be as ideal for an adjustable bed frame.
No box spring -- This also has to do with how flexible your mattress materials are. Box springs are not bendy or ductile, so I advise you don't use a box frame with your adjustable base. The good news is that most original mattresses, especially bed-in-a-box and online beds, don't require a box spring.
